Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors and VFDs
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine drawings
  • Experience with low-voltage DC circuits and a wide range of electrical devices
  • Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and standard safety circuits
  • Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Use meter and Megger proficiently for repair and troubleshooting
  • Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components
  • Installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment to meet production needs and schedules
  • Communicate maintenance situations clearly to the maintenance team and management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment
  • Good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problems
  • Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
