Job Summary

The Production Associate position is responsible for performing tasks on recently-slaughtered turkeys or tasks that support the overall operations within the department. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform manual, repetitive tasks to remove organs and parts from slaughtered turkeys
  • Operate hand-held and/or mechanical machinery
  • Work in a team environment to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Working Conditions

The Production Associate position requires working in a variety of environments, including damp, cold, hot, and warm conditions. The role also involves exposure to raw meat and associated parts, including organs, blood, and feces. Personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene equipment are provided and must be worn at all times.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be eligible to work legally in the United States
  • No previous work experience required
