Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections, collecting environmental samples, and providing expert oversight during remediation projects. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections for lead, asbestos, and mold in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Collect and analyze environmental samples using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Provide expert guidance and oversight during remediation projects to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, sample results, and recommendations for remediation or mitigation.
- Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies to address environmental concerns and facilitate compliance with applicable standards.
- Positive and fun attitude.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 75 lbs.
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English.
- Clean driving record required.
- Experience in the construction or restoration trades a plus, but not required.
- Required 1-2 years experience taking environmental samples.
- Required currently hold an AHERA building inspector certification.
- Proficient using environmental testing equipment.
