About the Role

This position involves collaborating with the Data Science & Products team to understand operations workflow and requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen awareness of the member experience while seeking opportunities for automation and innovation to automate and optimize business operations.

The successful candidate will also be able to work with UI and backend systems, making architectural decisions that drive business success. A strong background in Big data and cloud architecture is essential, with hands-on experience building modern data pipelines within major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate should have experience with deployment/scaling of apps on containerized environments (i.e., Kubernetes, AKS) as well as serverless compute services. Real-time and streaming technology expertise, such as Azure Event Hubs, Azure Functions, Kafka, and Spark Streaming, is also highly desirable.
