About the Role

This opportunity is for a motivated individual with at least two years of experience in client relations or a related field. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining business and providing value-added services that protect individuals and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review company-issued policies for accuracy in rating, typing, and coverage
  • Assist clients with loss claims and follow up as needed
  • Make pre-renewal calls to clients and provide education as needed
  • Obtain information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter
  • Prepare Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders
  • Servicing personal lines accounts to eliminate gaps in coverage and reduce E&O exposures
