Summary:
Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a highly skilled AML & KYC Team Lead to join our team. As a pivotal role within our organization, this position is responsible for ensuring strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team in meticulous transaction monitoring, comprehensive documentation review, and proactive risk assessment to effectively mitigate financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and oversee the AML/KYC team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and collections of AML/KYC documentation.
  3. Initiate and perform risk assessments, conducting ongoing due diligence on identified transactions.
  4. Review, escalate, or resolve alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems.
  5. Analyze transaction data to detect and investigate suspicious activities, providing detailed narrative summaries to support decision-making.
  6. Develop and implement AML/KYC policies and procedures.
  7. Provide training and support to team members on AML/KYC regulations and best practices.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and trends, and ensure the team is informed of any changes.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to AML/KYC compliance.

Qualifications:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Proven experience in transaction monitoring and review processes.
  3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
  4. Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and organization.
  5. In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and transaction review procedures, including KYC checks.
  6. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
