Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to enhance our operations. This role involves servicing and repairing heating and cooling systems, as well as conducting regular maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose issues with malfunctioning systems and execute repairs and component replacements.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance and thorough inspections.
  • Be available for emergency calls during on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend service.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while executing tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Proficient in reading HVAC wiring diagrams, utilizing testing tools, meters, and devices, along with a solid understanding of HVAC communication equipment and accessories, including programming and troubleshooting with integrated thermostats and mobile applications.
  • Capable of managing a physically demanding workload.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possession of an EPA Certification Card.
  • Strong communication abilities with clients.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; a Motor Vehicle Report will be requested prior to hiring.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
