Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs, weigh patients, and collect specimens as needed, adhering to established standards and practices.
  • Assist providers in examination and treatment of patients, as well as with procedures, ensuring a smooth patient flow through the clinic.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages, and assist providers with patient-related calls, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Schedule test appointments, results, and pre-certification, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Document patient information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administer medications and immunizations according to provider orders, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Clean and restock exam rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including locating patient charts, filing, and completing routine forms.
  • Attend required meetings and in-service training, staying up-to-date on the latest procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • LVN License in the state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification.
Work Type

Per Diem As Needed.
