District Operations Manager - Doorstep Trash Collection Charleston
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of District Operations Manager - Doorstep Trash Collection Charleston. This role will be responsible for managing evening valet trash operations in the greater Charleston area, ensuring that all routes are covered and porters are equipped to provide excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively with team members and residents, and possess a high level of flexibility and adaptability. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Community Concierge Services LLC and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional doorstep waste and recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a part-time workforce to ensure efficient and effective evening valet trash operations.
- Proactively address any issues or concerns that arise during service hours, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve problems quickly and responsibly.
- Work closely with Regional Managers to staff new properties, replace existing porters, and implement quality audit checks.
- Perform service audits on properties after porter completion, ensuring that CCS expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to roll out new communities, including distributing containers and marketing materials, as well as staffing communities.
- Complete payroll for assigned communities in a timely and accurate manner.
This role requires a flexible schedule, with evenings spent working at a moderate pace to ensure all routes are covered. Weekends may also be required, with shifts typically running from 7pm-10pm. Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.
Requirements- Detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills.
- Able to clearly communicate with team members and residents.
- Physically capable of handling demanding work for extended periods.
- Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
This full-time position comes with an estimated annual salary of $63,000-$72,000, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
