Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for career education programs and services, including career coaching, career exploration, and assessments.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and community partners to provide career opportunities and resources for students.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and eight years of appropriate experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in career services, talent recruiting, executive coaching, or a related field.
  • Strong background in analytics and data management, with experience defining ROI and concrete measurements of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in performance management and strategic planning.
