A confidential pediatric dentist position is available in a thriving practice near Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate pediatric dentist to join a well-established team and make a real difference in the lives of children.

Position Highlights:
  • Location: Near Pittsburgh, PA
  • Experience: Open to new graduates
  • Compensation:
    • $1,300 daily guarantee, forever
    • Sedation bonus of $500 for 3 Fridays a month.
    • 35% collections package
  • Benefits:
    • Paid memberships and malpractice insurance
    • $3,000 annual CE allowance
    • 5 days of vacation at $1,000 per day
    • Participate in a 401(k) plan with a 3% match
    • Relocation assistance
    • Sign-on bonus of $7,500
Practice Environment:
  • No Medicaid or Medicare: Focus on delivering high-quality care without administrative hassles.
  • Supportive Culture: Enjoy a fantastic work environment with managers who solve problems and a cross-trained staff to assist you.
  • Efficient Workflow: With 5-6 chairs at one location, the practice ensures you have the time and support to focus on what you do best-caring for patients.
  • Robust Patient Base: Typically, you will see 60-65 patients a day, with a focus on their individual needs.
  • Collaboration: You won't be left alone; usually, an orthodontist is in the building, and you can choose your materials and treatments without constraints.
