We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Nationwide Technical Resources Corp. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes that meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Economic Method Development
    • Determine and revise economic methods, operation sequences, and tooling to optimize production efficiency
    • Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs
  • Manufacturing Process Improvement
    • Analyze and plan work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency
    • Develop vital assembly guides, operational manuals, and illustrations for manufacturing processes
  • Manufacturing Decision-Making
    • Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production labor and material costs
    • Review production schedules and estimate future requirements
  • Team Support
    • Support a team of engineers and designers with valuable guidance in product operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 7-10 years' experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and project management
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly, and fabrication
  • Interpersonal communication skills with professional and courteous conduct
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
