Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Allied Reliability. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), planning and scheduling work, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the CMMS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance records
  • Plan and schedule work to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Identify and order parts and materials needed for maintenance activities
  • Work with maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with reliability personnel to ensure that all reliability routes, standards, and tolerances are current
  • Prepare future work schedules and ensure that maintenance team members are fully scheduled over 75% of work hours
  • Review downtime reports daily and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) team activities to identify and implement solutions to failures
Requirements
  • Trades certification is an asset but not mandatory
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and reliability fundamentals
  • Proficient in CMMS, Oracle, and MS Word/Excel
  • Self-starter with high standards and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment to further plant goals
