Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at The Village at Northrise - Las Cruces, NM. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
  • Assist with transfers and mobility
  • Monitor patients'/residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Participate in care planning and implementation

Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs
Pay and Benefits

Pay Target: $16.00-$19.00 Per hour
