- Facilities Maintenance: Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Sales and Marketing: Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks, to drive business growth.
- Effective Communication: Possess effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and team members.
- Experience: Have experience in cleaning and restoration, with a strong understanding of industry processes and procedures.
- Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
- Certifications: Possess IICRC certifications, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Travel: Be able to travel locally or out of state when necessary, with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Lifting: Be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, with a strong emphasis on safety and ergonomics.
- Chemical Exposure: Be exposed to chemicals, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
