The Clinical Dietitian is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality nutrition care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments to identify patients' nutritional needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide evidence-based nutrition recommendations and support.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
- State licensure as a dietitian.
- One year of experience in a hospital or community setting preferred.
