About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Leader to join our diverse and elite biopharma sales team. As a Territory Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing business plans in your assigned territory. You will work closely with key eye care customers to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and meet performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key eye care customers and stakeholders
  • Provide expert clinical information and product knowledge to customers
  • Identify and capitalize on managed care opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share insights and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience
  • Proven track record of launching pharmaceutical products and driving sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
