Job Overview

The Normal Brand is a rapidly expanding apparel company with a strong online presence and over 600 retail stores across the US. We are seeking highly motivated and personable Keyholders to join our team at our new retail store at The Summit in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth by inspiring and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Normal Brand standards.
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in implementing company initiatives and strategies.
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify and Shopify POS systems.
  • Excellent fashion sense and self-awareness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and maintain a high level of inventory integrity.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 20-30 hours per week to maintain part-time status.
