Job Overview

The Normal Brand is a dynamic apparel company with a strong presence in the US market. We're seeking a highly motivated and personable Keyholder to join our retail team in Birmingham. As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Facilitate retail sales and suggestive selling to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Normal Brand standards.
  • Educate and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in implementing initiatives and achieving business objectives.
  • Promote a safe and respectful work environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong passion for making people happy and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Shopify POS, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent fashion sense and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-awareness, humility, and a strong work ethic.
