As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food service program of assigned College Fresh accounts. You will work closely with our partners to design diverse and exciting menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement menus that meet the highest quality and freshness standards
* Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and service
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Monitor and control food costs and inventory
* Collaborate with Regional Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* Culinary Arts degree and/or minimum of 2 years of catering experience
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, menu planning, organization, and leadership
* Ability to obtain and maintain a current Servsafe Food Protection Manager certificate or equivalent
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
