We are in search of a proficient PKI Encryption Engineer who will be instrumental in safeguarding the security and integrity of our systems. This essential position entails assisting in the design and deployment of our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and encryption frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cryptographic protocols, a comprehensive understanding of PKI, and the capability to establish and sustain secure cryptographic environments.

  • Develop and implement encryption and PKI frameworks to secure digital transactions, communications, and data within the organization.
  • Administer and uphold the encryption infrastructure to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
  • Offer expertise and assistance in cryptographic key management, including key generation, distribution, and revocation.
  • Keep informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies related to PKI, encryption, and cybersecurity to bolster the organization's security stance.
  • Supervise the daily operations of PKI services, encompassing certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, and key management.
  • Lead automation efforts to optimize PKI processes and improve service delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of advanced experience in a technical engineering role involving PKI technologies, including digital certificates, Certificate Authorities (CAs), and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
  • Thorough understanding of cryptographic protocols, algorithms, and key management practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automating security tasks and developing use cases.
  • Ability to convert complex business and functional requirements into structured, high-quality implementations using various industry-standard methodologies.
  • Advanced technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to devise alternative solutions to intricate problems and recommend optimal solutions to technology and project teams.
