About the Role

\

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Foster Care Case Manager to join our team at the Association House of Chicago. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a majority of services in the community and in families' homes.

\

You will serve as the primary liaison between participants (child, parents, foster parents) and various systems they interact with during their involvement with DCFS. Your duties will include basic counseling/stabilization as needed, communication with the supervisor and external service providers, and documentation of all relevant information and activities on a timely basis.

\

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field, as well as minimum 2 years direct service experience with infants, children, or adolescents.

\

We offer a salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance, and life insurance.
