Occupational Safety Specialist

Zenith Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Specialist (m/f/d) Occupational Safety / Dangerous Goods Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Occupational Safety: Provide expert advice and support to executives on all matters related to occupational safety, accident prevention, and hazardous substances/dangerous goods.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct thorough safety inspections of operating facilities and technical equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Measure Review and Monitoring: Review and monitor implemented safety measures to ensure their effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work Equipment and Protective Gear: Assist with the procurement and modification of work equipment, as well as selecting and testing protective gear to ensure employee safety.
- Workstation Design and Assessment: Participate in the design of workstations, work environment, and assessment of working conditions to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Accident Reporting and Investigation: Prepare accident reports and statistics, investigate the causes of workplace accidents, and make recommendations for accident prevention.
- Training and Instruction: Train and instruct employees, executives, and safety officers on occupational safety procedures and best practices.
- Risk Assessment: Create risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant parties, including employee representatives, authorities, company doctor, human resources, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
