About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restoration Specialist to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing restoration services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established remediation and restoration procedures to ensure the safe and efficient cleanup of customer properties.
  • Operate and maintain company equipment, including personal protective equipment.
  • Collect and record detailed documentation of job sites, including photos, notes, and videos.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, providing empathy and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct minor demolition and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to wear respiratory equipment and personal protective equipment.
  • Availability to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
