Summary:

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Remediation Supervisor to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mold remediation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and manage a team of technicians. As a Mold Remediation Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of mold remediation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of mold remediation technicians on various job sites. Conduct initial site assessments and develop comprehensive remediation plans. Ensure all remediation activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records of site activities. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality. Collaborate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. Maintain and manage remediation equipment and materials. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in mold remediation or related fields preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold remediation, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Texas Mold Remediation Supervisor License (or ability to obtain). Strong knowledge of mold remediation techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and areas affected by mold and water damage. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits:
