Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Phlebotomist to become a vital part of our organization. This position involves the collection of blood, tissue, and fluid samples from patients, playing a crucial role in assisting individuals to uncover health issues and maintain wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize sample collection requests based on urgency
  • Gather personal information from patients
  • Select the appropriate venipuncture technique tailored to each patient
  • Offer comfort and support to patients throughout the collection process
  • Utilize sterilized needles, vials, and necessary equipment for blood draws
  • Accurately label samples and ensure their timely dispatch for analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or in a similar role
  • Phlebotomy certification is preferred
  • Understanding of best practices in patient identification
  • Knowledge of legal standards regarding blood and fluid sample collection
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry
