We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Air Specialist to join our team. As a Group Air Specialist, you will be responsible for managing group airfare, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Airfare Management
    • Book, sell, and manage group airfare from beginning to end
    • Negotiate competitive group airfare rates and terms
    • Effectively communicate and manage group bookings, deadlines, and invoices
  • Client Relationships
    • Build strong relationships with clients by anticipating and effectively responding to their needs
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    • Use strong mathematical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and find solutions
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

  • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of email, Microsoft, and other online business computing tools
  • Previous successful customer service experience
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritized, and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is preferred, but not required
