Sous Chef Position

We are seeking a dedicated culinary professional who will oversee daily kitchen operations with integrity, efficiency, and a deep understanding of culinary practices. The ideal candidate will embody the restaurant's philosophy and adhere to established policies while fostering a culture of mentorship and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen planning, training, and leadership to meet goals in sales, cost management, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the Chef and HR to cultivate an inclusive environment that values diversity, education, and discipline.
  • Lead service execution and staff development through effective management techniques, including line checks and performance evaluations.

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking within a fine dining environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods (minimum of 8 hours daily).
  • Capable of reaching, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours weekly.
