  • Surveillance and Observation: Provide exceptional customer service while conducting standardized reports that are prompt, professional, and accurate relative to the incident.
  • Incident Reporting: Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
  • Removal of Wrongdoers: Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area in a professional and safe manner.

  • Job-Related Assignments: Perform various job-related assignments as required.
  • Reporting: Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Requirements
  • Meet City/State Requirements: Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
  • Excellent Surveillance and Observation Skills: Excellent surveillance and observation skills are required to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems is an asset.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a security officer or guard is required.
  • Education and Age: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be 18 years of age or older.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license may be required based on post requirements.
