Role: Financial Collections Coordinator
The Financial Collections Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that Brady Industries receives timely payments for products and services rendered. This position involves managing payment collections, processing credit transactions, and maintaining accurate customer account records.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory; an associate's degree or higher is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, collections, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage a demanding workload.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and responsiveness, adhering to deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and manage cross-departmental relationships.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
- Understand accounting principles and practices thoroughly.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong computer skills, particularly in accounting software and 10-key data entry.
- Identify, investigate, and rectify account discrepancies.
- Manage a high volume of incoming communications while maintaining professionalism and timeliness in responses.
