Clinical Specialist

Job Summary
Endotronix is a medical device company that aims to transform the treatment of heart failure, a chronic and progressive condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to support the body.
The Clinical Specialist will engage in training, troubleshooting, data analysis, and field service activities in coordination with and under the guidance of the ASM.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site training for physicians, heart failure staff, research staff, and cath lab staff.
- Lead meetings with internal departments to find root-cause of field issues.
- Perform on-site field service activities and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a clinical or medical device setting (e.g., experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cath lab, or medical device implantation).
- Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time (minimum of 3-4 days a week up to 5 days a week).
