Key Responsibilities of a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate:
1. Serve as the liaison between the community and our Sales/Marketing teams.
2. Drive and enhance sales while showcasing brand awareness.
3. Execute field activities with professionalism and integrity, aligning with our company values.
4. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge, including memorizing various packages, pricing, and appointment schedules.
5. Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and round tables while supporting management's objectives.
6. Monitor individual and team performance, tracking customer interactions, presentations, and sales closures.

Qualifications for a Junior Sales and Marketing Associate:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years in customer service, sales, retail, or restaurant management is preferred.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment.
3. Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships within a team and with clients.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in face-to-face settings.
5. A confident and positive demeanor to share new ideas and suggest improvements.
6. An outgoing personality, approachable nature, and a strong reputation as a leader and team player.
This position is office-based and is set to commence immediately, so we are looking for a local candidate who is ready to contribute to our team.
