The VP, Solutions Architecture & Advisory will be responsible for leading a team of experts across our core platforms of Snow Atlas and Flexera One. This role requires a strategic thinker who can inspire their team to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success.

We're seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in team management, strategic thinking, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITAM and FinOps disciplines, as well as experience leading global direct teams and cross-functional teams. They should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in a concise manner.

The successful candidate will be able to drive operational excellence and scalability in a dynamic environment. They will also champion diversity and inclusion within the team and cultivate relationships with C-level and senior leadership.
