Job Title: Kitchen Coordinator

Oak & Stone is seeking a skilled Kitchen Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and directing the preparation of food to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate food production to ensure timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Prepare high-quality food items utilizing various cooking methods
  • Follow company recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen coordination or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
