RN Unit Manager

Everett Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Unit Manager - RN to lead our nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with Genesis policy.
- Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain skills and stay current with best practices.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state.
- At least one year of nurse leadership experience.
- BSN or equivalent degree in nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
