Safety Manager

fairlife, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join its management team. This key role will oversee the development and implementation of safety programs for the Goodyear production facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, with experience in designing and implementing health and safety training programs, conducting regular safety audits, and developing and maintaining written departmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards
- Design and deliver health and safety training programs for employees
- Develop and maintain written departmental procedures and policies
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and well-being
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in safety management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
