Behavioral Consultant Opportunity

STAR of CA is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant to join our team of experts in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About the Role:
  • Provide consultative services to educational institutions to support the development of behavioral programs and strategies for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and train ABA professionals to facilitate more advanced programming and higher levels of training for educators.
  • Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Conduct assessments, develop reports, and provide recommendations for students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements:
  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (MS in ABA preferred).
  • Minimum of two to three years of consultative experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of assessment, reporting, and Verbal Behavior understanding.
