Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve and return lost shopping carts to designated areas
  • Conduct repairs on equipment and property as needed
  • Identify issues and propose effective repair solutions
  • Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Follow established safety protocols
  • Engage with customers for debt recovery initiatives
  • Evaluate customer accounts to develop recovery plans
  • Facilitate payment negotiations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
  • Proficient in the use of tools and equipment
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Completion of a background check is mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in collections or customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with computer systems
  • Knowledge of debt recovery regulations is beneficial
