Job Summary

Nova Medical Centers is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Medical Director for Occupational Medicine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing medical direction and oversight to our occupational medicine clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to occupational medicine clinics
  • Develop and implement medical policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction, and center performance
  • Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
  • Maintain clinical core competency and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements
  • Current State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners Licensure
  • Eagerness and ability to become a Practice Builder
  • Current state licensure
  • Current DEA licensure
  • State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law
  • Experience in UC, ER, FP, ER, IM, or Ortho
  • Ability to work in a cooperative, multidiscipline setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment, dependability, and integrity
