Key Responsibilities:

Surpass client expectations in every interaction. Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing inquiries and catering to individual client needs. Manage inquiries related to insurance coverages, policy modifications, and general insurance queries across various lines of business. Aim to respond to client inquiries in real-time whenever feasible. All client communications should be addressed within 60 minutes. While solutions to client requests may require additional time, the Account Manager should maintain regular contact with the client, providing updates throughout the resolution process. Process service and endorsement requests, handle audit issues, and complete necessary documentation associated with these requests, coordinating with the data management team for follow-up. Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship. Conduct regular check-ins with clients reaching out for various needs. Stay attuned to client requirements and proactively inquire about changes in exposure, confirming contact information and coverage needs. Support producers in the renewal process and any additional service requests. Execute renewal marketing as necessary, negotiating rates, reviewing quotes and coverage options, and preparing renewal proposals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Over 5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales within the Property & Casualty insurance sector Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, or text. Strong listening skills and the capability to identify customer needs through question-based selling and retention strategies. Self-motivated with strong decision-making and time management abilities. Proficient in PC skills; familiarity with insurance software, including AMS360. Valid Property & Casualty license
