Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Dosher Memorial Hospital. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular, and breast imaging.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate patient diagnosis using advanced ultrasound equipment.
  • Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
  • Accurately document patient information and imaging results in the electronic medical record system.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results.
  • Follow established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining ultrasound equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
  • Current ultrasound registry (ARDMS or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years experience as Ultrasound Sonographer.
  • Vascular and breast imaging experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
