About the Job

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. As a key member of our Invasive Cardiovascular Labs, you will participate in a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including neuro and vascular cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services according to practice standards, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in cases related to neuro and vascular interventions, including middle meningeal artery embolization, complex neuro aneurysm treatments, and stroke.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, utilizing advanced imaging technologies and techniques.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities while maintaining a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our field.
Requirements
  • Associate degree from an accredited school of Radiography.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Current BLS certification from the AHA and ARRT registry in Vascular Interventional (VI), Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiovascular Interventional (CI).
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, with occasional rotation call.
