Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and verify their information in our computer system
  • Provide assistance and information to patients as needed
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Monitor and maintain clinic forms and supplies
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments
  • Scan patient information and reports into our computer system
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
  • Verify patient insurance and address any concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide a professional and welcoming environment for patients and medical staff
  • Be flexible and willing to cross-train in other areas of the clinic
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be familiar with clinical office functions and have a basic understanding of computer operating systems.
