Management Business Solutions is seeking a seasoned
Lead Wireless Systems Engineer to enhance our team and engage in a variety of wireless technology initiatives. This position will encompass system architecture, algorithm innovation, performance analysis, and guiding a team of engineers through product realization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing systems and defining requirements.
- Developing, simulating, and testing algorithms.
- Conducting performance analysis and evaluations.
- Providing support for FPGA design and validation.
- Collaborating with engineering teams.
- Leading cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring and managing project timelines.
- Executing lab and field evaluations.
- Preparing technical documentation and materials.
- Participating in business development for R&D.
- Working with other teams on strategic planning.
- Assisting in customer engagement and events.
- Master's or Doctorate in wireless communications and signal processing.
- At least seven years of experience in wireless systems engineering.
- Understanding of RF propagation and channel modeling.
- Experience with digital communication technologies.
- Proficiency in signal processing methodologies.
- Familiarity with RF impairments and their mitigation techniques.
- Expertise in MATLAB programming.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Knowledge of wireless networking and algorithms.
- Experience with cognitive radio and interference management.
- Understanding of RF sensing and signal classification.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
Annual salary range of 140k-200k
