Your Role Will Involve:
  • Executing tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in alignment with dealership standards, while familiarizing yourself with service department protocols.
  • Collaborating with the service advisor in test driving vehicles and assessing components and systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and climate control.
  • Engaging directly with the service advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required.
  • Providing accurate time estimates for any necessary repairs.
  • Carrying out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Preparing for the ASE Certification Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing tasks specified in the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-driving vehicles and evaluating components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Qualifications:
  • ASE certifications are preferred.
  • Strong background in automotive repair.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check.
  • Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
