Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 per year, paid weekly. We offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Job Description

As a Supply Chain Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Following up on purchased parts to ensure shipment and on-time delivery performance
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all suppliers and providing direction regarding ship schedule requirements and containment plans
  • Tracking critical parts and developing/ executing containment plans to ensure no interruptions or downtime to manufacturing lines
  • Coordinating and/or arranging for alternative sources of material, requests for spot buys, if necessary
  • Independent monitoring, set-up, and cancellation of truck loads for material pick-up, as necessary

You will also be required to document and manage S and AV code exceptions, determine root cause, and take appropriate action. Additionally, you will maintain accurate inventory levels in MGO, making appropriate adjustments where necessary, and make judgments on posting inventory adjustments based on investigation and analysis.

A high school diploma/GED is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred. One (1) year or more of administrative experience is preferred, and five (5) years or more of relevant experience is strongly recommended.

Work Environment
