The Role:

We're seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will be based in our Chaska MN facility and will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, and improving systems and business processes across multiple areas, including our global label management process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Regular support of business and system processes across the environment with an emphasis on warehouse, logistics, procurement, quality, and manufacturing processes
* Liaison with business teams and IT teams to maintain, create, and improve global print programs and labeling processes and design
* Build and maintain documentation of requirements and solutions
* Liaison with functional COEs to prioritize and assess business requests and manage the appropriate prioritization queues
* Configure and implement IT solutions, including the development of test plans and error resolution

Requirements:

* Experience within an SAP Manufacturing environment involved in business problem/process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support
* 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in configuration and problem resolution and involvement in global label management preferred
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain, business administration, or a related field

Salary: $65,500.00-$109,500.00 a year, with actual pay dependent on the candidate's overall skills for the role
