Aerotek is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating custom mechanical equipment for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, as well as experience with blueprints and fabrication from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate custom mechanical equipment from scratch, using blueprints and specifications provided by clients.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and other materials.
  • Travel to client locations to take measurements and gather specifications.
  • Work with a team to design and fabricate equipment, using a variety of brakes and forming equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with blueprints and fabrication from scratch.
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, with a focus on stainless steel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
