Position Overview:
This role, reporting directly to the Dean, is pivotal in driving recruitment efforts for the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing's Graduate Program. The incumbent will handle inquiries from prospective students, manage recruitment activities, and assist with admission-related concerns while supporting the Dean in all aspects of student recruitment and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of all recruitment initiatives for new graduate and international students, both on and off-campus.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality applicant pool.
  • Organize and facilitate campus visits for prospective students, along with larger recruitment events.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students regarding financial aid and academic inquiries.
  • Contribute to the creation and management of social media content aimed at effectively recruiting graduate and international students; assist in the production of promotional materials.
  • Maintain and analyze student databases; research national best practices in recruitment to enhance promotional and marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate recruitment and enrollment data to measure the success of various strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with various university departments to promote the Graduate Program.
  • Represent the School at recruitment events as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the University's Jesuit and Catholic mission, with support for its values and traditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least one year of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SLATE is advantageous.

Work Schedule:
This position requires full-time, on-site presence in the office.

Salary:
Starting from $40,000, with compensation commensurate with relevant experience.
