Job Summary

This position serves as the recruiter for the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing's Graduate Program at Saint Louis University. The successful candidate will manage prospective student inquiries, perform duties associated with recruiting prospective students, and assist prospective students with admission concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify high-quality, diverse applicant pools
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule campus visits for prospective students and larger-scale recruitment events
  • Advise and counsel prospective students regarding financial aid and academic concerns
  • Maintain student databases and related files, analyzing national recruiting best practices to assist in the development of promotional and recruitment materials
  • Represent the School at recruitment events on and off campus as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, supplemented by one year of related work experience
  • SLATE experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to service and the University's Jesuit and Catholic Mission
What We Offer

Competitive salary range starting from $40,000+

Pay commensurate with direct/relevant years of experience

Full-time, on-site presence required
